Frozen-over Lake Afton, in Yardley, became a makeshift ice hockey rink Friday as local children laced up their skates and enjoyed an unexpected day off from school. Chances are the ice will be good to go Saturday as well, when the temperature is expected to top out at a chilly 24 degrees.
