Pizza Twist will open its first Bucks County location at Centre Plaza in Bensalem. The 1,700-square-foot lease coincides with four tenant renewals totaling nearly 10,000 square feet, punctuating an active period at the Galloway Road shopping center.
Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as leasing and managing agent for the 44,000-square-foot Centre Plaza; LMC Leasing Representative Fred Younkin arranged the latest transactions on behalf of property ownership.
Offering a unique “twist” on the typical pizza menu, Pizza Twist serves up a variety of international flavors with a focus on “Indian fusion” pizza. The menu includes pizza and wings, pasta dishes, salads and more. Gluten-free, halal, vegan and vegetarian options are available. Pizza Twist currently has more than 80 North American locations.
