New men’s support group to meet at Flemington DIY

Posted

Beginning Wednesday, March 8, and continuing bi-monthly, Flemington DIY will be home to a new men’s support group, one of the first of its kind in the area.

The group, Walking the Path Alone and Together, aims to provide a safe, supportive, judgment-free setting for participants to openly share on the topics of career and purpose, emotions and mindset, health, personal development, addictions, personal finance and more.

The group’s organizer and host, Dave Eisenhardt, is neither a counselor nor a therapist, but a Flemington, N.J., resident who believes strongly in the value of a community for men. His own life experiences include marriage, divorce and remarriage, raising children, the 9/11 terrorist attack, and navigating the pandemic.

The group will meet at Flemington DIY, 26 Stangl Road, Flemington.

Participants are asked to pre-register prior to each meeting. Registration and more info can be found at flemingtondiy.org/mens-support.
