LIFE St. Mary, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) that is part of Trinity Health PACE, a national provider of PACE programs, has appointed Dan Moore as its new executive director. As executive director, Moore will lead the center to ensure the highest quality of care, service and safety is maintained, as well as overseeing organization’s operations.

Previously, Moore served as the center director for LIFE St. Mary, a position he held for six years. He brings over 24 years of experience as a physical therapist, including three years as therapy manager for the center. In his new role, Dan aims to lead the program into the future by using creative ways to deliver care and facilitate the growth of services for eligible seniors in the community.

“I am thrilled and honored to take on this new role and lead LIFE St. Mary and our colleagues through the challenging healthcare environment,” said Moore.

Moore’s goals include supporting and equipping all colleagues to deliver quality care to all participants, increasing growth to provide more services for eligible seniors in the community, and building a culture where all colleagues live the center’s Mission to provide exceptional care to older adults.

LIFE St. Mary’s interdisciplinary team provides compassionate, comprehensive care to participants with the goal of keeping seniors as healthy and independent as possible, allowing them to age in place. Dan’s experience as physical therapist and therapy manager at the center will provide him valuable insight into leading the center to ensure whole-person care for all of LIFE St. Mary’s senior participants.
