School of Rock Doylestown and The Bucks County Music Project are bringing the community a taste of stardom in the form of an iconic drum kit. From now until Dec 1, School of Rock Doylestown will display a kit that belonged to Zak Starkey, famed for his work with legendary rock band The Who. This exclusive exhibition will be available at School of Rock Doylestown, located at 88 S. Main St. in the borough. Access is by appointment only, in exchange for a donation to support The Bucks County Music Project. The music project is a nonprofit collective that’s developing plans to bring a large music venue with a capacity of 5,000 to 7,000 concertgoers to Bucks County.
