The South Hunterdon boys soccer team defeated host Solebury School 4-2 in the triumphant return of the River Cup, a game played between the two river town rivals.

Alex Romano had a hat track for the Eagles and Ollie Horan added a goal. Daigo Hori and Sawyer Wesp each scored goals for the Spartans.

The River Cup was last played in 2019 before the pandemic.
