Saint Andrew Catholic School earns reaccreditation, distinction

Saint Andrew Catholic School in Newtown has achieved a significant milestone – reaccreditation by Cognia.

The accomplishment signifies the school’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional education in alignment with the highest standards.

Saint Andrew Catholic School also earned the School of Distinguished Instruction from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia based on its outstanding performance in the 2022-2023 Terra Nova Testing. Saint Andrew Catholic School has earned this award every year in which it was awarded.

Not only were expectations met, but they were exceeded. Saint Andrew Catholic School is one of 18 schools to earn the Distinguished Instruction Award in both categories, Growth and Exceeding Potential. In addition, Saint Andrew Catholic School is one of just two schools in the Archdiocese to have scored 100% in both growth and potential categories. This marks the second consecutive year in which students have reached this level of accomplishment.
