Ribbon-cutting held at remodeled Warminster Goodwill Store

Goodwill Keystone Area showcased its newly remodeled store and donation center in Warminster.

The celebration included a ribbon-cutting and remarks by Goodwill Keystone Area President and CEO Ed Lada, Jr.

Those attending the recent ribbon-cutting ceremony included state Rep. Brian Munroe, Bucks County Commissioner Robert Harvie, Constituent Advocate Kevin Bongarzone from U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick’s Office, representatives from Ames Construction, and Goodwill leaders and store staff.

Following remarks, guests toured the newly renovated store located at 1487 W. Street Road, Warminster, in the Warminster Shopping Center.

The Warminster store attracts more than 1,500 weekly shoppers, with an average of 1,300 donors every week. It has 16 full-time staff and six part-time employees.

Proceeds from the sale of donated items at Goodwill’s retail stores support the organization’s mission to advance sustainability so individuals and families can thrive and flourish.
