Perinatal Stroke Awareness and Support Group gathers in Quakertown

Posted
Members of the Pediatric Stroke Awareness – Support Group, hosted by Paige Pfaff of Philadelphia and Jennifer Keeble of Quakertown on Facebook, are holding their first gathering in Quakertown, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at Molasses Creek Park, 2175 Krammes Road.

This is an opportunity for the pediatric stroke community local to the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and surrounding areas to gather at a park. Currently, six perinatal/pediatric stroke survivor “heroes” ranging from ages 1 to 10 will be celebrated at the event. Families impacted by stroke in infants and children will connect over conversation and outdoor fun. Participants are encouraged to attend to gain and give support in this positive and accepting environment.
