The Bucks County Association of Realtors held the installation of its 2024 Officers and Directors on Nov. 30.

Stephanie Garomon was installed as the 94th president of the association. Garomon has been a member of the association for 18 years. She has served on numerous association committees and serves as a director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. Garomon is a Realtor at Addison Wolfe Real Estate.

Frank Blumenthal was installed as president-elect. Blumenthal has been a member of the association for 18 years. He has served on the Technology and Communications Committee as chair and the Member Services and Planning Committee. He serves as a director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He is a Realtor with Keller Williams in Rydal.

Barbara Matyszczak was installed as vice president. Matyszczak has been a member of the association since 2018 and a Realtor for 28 years. She has served on the Education Committee as chair and the Member Services and Planning Committee. She serves as a director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and is a Realtor with Re/Max 440 in Doylestown.

John Iannarelli will continue to serve as treasurer. Iannarelli has been a member of the association for seven years and has served on the Education Committee and Member Services and Planning Committee. He is a Realtor with Keller Williams in Newtown.

KeyBank announces the appointment of Youseff Tannous as new market president for its Eastern Pennsylvania market.

In this expanded role, Tannous will be the external “face of Key” in Eastern Pennsylvania, promoting Key’s brand recognition and impacting the wellness of the local communities and organizations in the greater Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania area. Tannous will continue in his role as market retail leader, directly leading the sales and service activities of Key’s 39 branches operating within its Eastern Pennsylvania branch network.

Tannous joined KeyBank in 2013 as a personal banker in the Capital NY Market and later led several branch teams in various markets in the Northeast. In 2020, he relocated to Eastern Pennsylvania to assume the role of area retail leader and was promoted to market retail leader in 2023.

He is a graduate of the State University of Albany with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is also a graduate of Capital NY’s Leadership Tech Valley Program and is currently enrolled in Executive Banking School at Furman University. Of Lebanese decent, Tannous speaks three languages: English, Arabic and French.

Tannous has an office in KeyBank’s Plymouth Meeting location at 401 Plymouth Road.

Savant Wealth Management, a nationally recognized, fee-only registered investment adviser (RIA) headquartered in Rockford, Ill., with offices in Doylestown, has been recognized by InvestmentNews, featured in two of its 2023 rankings, including Fastest-Growing Fee-Only RIAs and Top 25 Fee-Only Firms in the Midwest. Savant did not pay to be included in either ranking.

Savant earned the No. 9 spot on the Fastest-Growing Fee-Only RIAs list for 2023 for firms with $1 billion or more in AUM. The InvestmentNews analysis was based on data reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission on form ADV. To be considered for the list, firms must not receive commission or be actively engaged in business as a registered representative of a broker-dealer, among other criteria.

InvestmentNews also ranked Savant No. 2 in the Midwest as part of its 2023 Top Regional Fee-Only RIA list, which included 100 firms across the U.S. Firms on the list were considered for their expertise, personalized attention, client-first mentality, and establishing themselves as trusted partners.

The firm’s growth is driven by a focus on providing comprehensive financial planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, trust services, and other personalized services to its clients.

Representatives from Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor & Industry will present DVL Group with the Governor’s Award for Safety Excellence (GASE), which is given to companies that make highly commendable “efforts to protect workers and prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.”

The presentation will take place at DVL Group Headquarters, 115 Sinclair Road, Bristol, at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19.
