The Newtown Historic Association will hold a Historic Walking Tour of one of the areas of Newtown at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16 – weather permitting.
The tour will begin at the Half Moon-Inn, 105 Court St., Newtown, and will be lead by Jeffrey Marshall, who has over 40 years experience in historic preservation and land conservation and is past-president of the Heritage Conservancy. He is the author of numerous other books regarding Bucks County history.
The tour route will be determined by a vote of the attendees and will feature architecturally significant buildings in the borough.
