The Ball Busters won their second straight New Hope/Lambertville Fitness Softball Championship, winning 13-10 over an undefeated John N Peter’s ball club. The Ball Busters had big late inning wins in the playoffs against Savioni 9-4, and Solebury Orchards 11-9 to make the final. The Ball Busters went back to back after beating Fran’s pub 8-4 in last year’s final. The league is made up of business, bar, restaurant and local New Hope and Lambertville, N.J., teams. Dan Kramli from New Hope Fitness has run the league for 15 years strong now.
