Doylestown doubled up host Plumstead 10-5 last Saturday night for its second win of the Bux-Mont American Legion season.

Pitcher Jackson Mott picked up the victory for the Tigers (2-3), who visit Nor-Gwyn on Friday. Plumstead (6-3) also hits the road on Friday, traveling to Quakertown (5-1), who resumed playing Nor-Gwyn Wednesday night after Monday’s game was suspended in the bottom of the second inning due to weather. Results were unavailable at press time.

As of Wednesday, Plumstead was second in league standings, Quakertown was third, and Doylestown, fifth.
