Posted

Longtime family medicine physician Martin Klein has a new role at Hunterdon Healthcare. As of July 1, Dr. Klein has been promoted to chief medical officer for Hunterdon Healthcare System.
In 2000, Klein joined the Hunterdon Healthcare family as a family medicine resident. For the past 20 years, he has continued to care for patients in our community at multiple practices including Hunterdon Family Physicians, Hunterdon Family Medicine at Riverfield, and Hunterdon Family Medicine at Bridgewater.
With a passion for Population Health, Klein attended the Thomas Jefferson University School of Population Health, graduating as the first physician executive to receive a master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and safety management.

“I am looking forward to working with the Hunterdon Healthcare team on implementing new technology that supports seamless, coordinated clinical care and improve access across our system,” stated Klein, a Raritan Township, N.J., resident. “Patient safety and our patient’s experience are at the forefront of what we do and I want to work with our medical staff on continuously improving the care we deliver.”
