Take a guided walking tour of historic Newtown with Jeff Marshall, historic architecture author, past-president of the Heritage Conservancy, and NHA Board member.
Learn about Newtown’s architecture and history and get some exercise while you are doing it. The walk will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, June 21, and end at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The tour route is typically determined by Marshall and the attendees, and will feature architecturally significant Newtown buildings in the borough.
Marshall will share his wealth of knowledge and passion for the history of Newtown.
A “good will” donation of $5 would be appreciated. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a friend, and learn something new about Newtown’s interesting buildings and history. No reservations necessary.
