Fox & Roach Realtors named to America’s Best Professionals list

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors congratulates associates from the New Hope, Doylestown and Yardley-Newtown offices on being named to the America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list.

The America’s Best Professionals list is an annual, national program, sponsored by RealTrends and Tom Ferry International, and represents the top 500 teams and 500 agents in the country, based on 2022 sales volume and transaction sides.

RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals honors America’s finest real estate agents and teams from all across the country. Over 23,000 U.S. real estate sales associates from every state are featured in America’s Best. Those ranked are among the top 1.5% of 1.6 million licensed Realtors nationwide.

According to RealTrends, the New Hope office’s Steve Darlington Team was recognized for sales volume, ranking 113th among small sized teams in Pennsylvania.

According to RealTrends, the Doylestown office’s Beth Scarpello was recognized for sales volume, ranking 169th among individual agents in Pennsylvania.

According to RealTrends, the Yardley-Newtown office’s:

·Mary Dwyer Team was recognized for sales transactions and sales volume, ranking 61st among large sized teams in Pennsylvania for transactions and 46th among large sized teams in Pennsylvania for volume.

·Perry Epstein Team was recognized for sales volume, ranking 101st among medium sized teams in Pennsylvania.

·Menno Team was recognized for sales volume, ranking 21st among small sized teams in Pennsylvania.

·Goldberg Group was recognized for sales volume, ranking 52nd among small sized teams in Pennsylvania.

·Jacobs Team was recognized for sales volume, ranking 107th among small sized teams in Pennsylvania.

·Lynne Kelleher was recognized for sales transactions and sales volume, ranking 302nd among individual agents in Pennsylvania for transactions and 61st among individual agents in Pennsylvania for volume.
