Doylestown company and CEO join Exton firm

Trust Point HCM of Exton has reached an agreement with Doylestown-based ATR Systems, Inc. to not only acquire the 48-year-old company’s Time and Labor Management clients, but also welcomes ATR’s CEO, Michael Hoover, as Trust Point’s new director of time and labor management.
The combined company will provide UKG Ready’s full-suite of Human Capital Management (HCM) services.

Product offerings include payroll, human capital management, human resources and risk management, management tools, and benefit carrier connections.
