Total cumulative COVID-19 cases in Pennsylvania at 2,768,240

Harrisburg, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed that on March 11, there were 829 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide cumulative total cases to 2,768,240.

There were 4 new deaths identified by the Pennsylvania death registry and reported for a cumulative total of 43,808 deaths attributed to COVID-19.

There are 472,780 who have a positive viral antigen test and are considered probable cases. There are 6,098,423 individuals who have tested negative to date.

The department continues to urge Pennsylvanians to follow CDC guidance for wearing a mask where required by law, rules and regulations, including health care, local business and workplace guidance. For the protection of themselves and others, individuals who have not yet been vaccinated or are partially vaccinated, are still encouraged to wear a mask when in public.

  • Bucks County: 122,228 cases and 1,855 deaths
  • Chester County: 90,946 cases and 1,129 deaths
  • Delaware County: 109,144 cases and 1,846 deaths
  • Lehigh County: 88,974 cases and 1,228 deaths
  • Montgomery County: 150,4772 cases and 2,288 deaths
  • Northampton County: 79,014 cases and 1,076 deaths
  • Philadelphia: 305,733 cases and 5,018 deaths
