No. 11 Council Rock South defeated No. 22 Phoenixville 2-0 and No. 26 CB West edged No. 7 Hatboro-Horsham 2-1 to also advance to the second round of the 4A tournament. Second seed Pennridge earned a first-round bye and will open the postseason Thursday against No. 15 Council Rock North.
