Bucks County life coach releases free virtual workshop for parents sending kids to college

Posted

Doylestown certified life coach Julie Traina is offering a new, free virtual workshop,“When Your Kid Leaves for College: A Mom’s Guide to Finding Peace (& even Joy) in the Process.” The 30-minute workshop is free and available via her website, as well as links in her Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.

“As a life coach for women, I encounter so many moms who struggle with this transition,” says Traina. “As a mother to five, I’ve sent four of my kids to college so far, and I know how complex the emotional journey can be. So, I created this mini workshop to share some of the tools that have helped me, and my clients feel better as we grapple with this milestone.”

“When Your Kid Leaves for College – A Mom’s Guide to Finding Peace (& even Joy) in the Process” includes a 30-minute virtual workshop in which Traina offers both practical advice and proven thought exercises to help alleviate distress and sadness. The workshop also includes a free 30-day journal with daily prompts and a free 30-day Thought Download workbook.

It is available on the Traina Coaching Website/Workshop Specials page: https://trainacoaching.com/workshop-special.
