Since 2019, Agents Advise LLC has been serving the Bucks County community. Specifically, its platform — AgentsAdvise.com — draws on the vast knowledge and experience of local real estate agents to recommend businesses and services in the area for homeowners who are looking for guidance.
This includes everything from general contractors and home inspections to plumbing and electrical work to accounting and lawn care and more.
The business was founded by longtime real estate agent and entrepreneur Joe Trymbiski.
“AgentsAdvise.com serves as a distinguished directory of esteemed contractors and vendors operating within Bucks County,” Trymbiski said. “Originating from the collective experience of seasoned local real estate professionals, this platform addresses a recurrent need expressed by our clientele.”
“New homeowners look to our guidance to refine and customize their acquisitions. Recognizing these needs, our dedicated team of real estate agents has meticulously curated a roster of contractors and vendors. These entities are characterized by their unwavering reliability and integrity, he added.
“We foster collaborative engagements with local business proprietors who are committed to upholding the highest service standards, thereby forging enduring and trustworthy affiliations. Each enterprise featured on our platform has earned its place through the commendations of professional real estate agents.”
Trymbiski, who is a veteran and serves as CEO of the company, is a lifelong resident of Bucks County, growing up in Warrington before settling in Doylestown. He brings with him more than 50 years of experience in real estate and over 60 years of business connections.
Assisting Trymbiski in the day-to-day operations of Agents Advise is Social Media Manager Tina Zucker and Head of Sales Brian Stasik. Zucker has been helping small businesses with social media and SEO blog writing since 2011.
She also founded the award-winning, iOS app review “Mom-Blog.” Stasik started out in graphic design and marketing in 1997. He has assisted several companies with their advertising needs.
The Agents Advise business model is essentially to promote businesses that sign on as interested in appearing on the platform. Real estate agents who work hand in hand with the company then direct their clients to the website when their clients desire a recommendation for a service such as a contractor.
In addition, the website itself is free to use for anyone. According to AgentsAdvise.com, “We get your business into real estate agents’ networks who promote your business and help build your client base. AgentsAdvise.com is a low-cost way to advertise your business or service.”
“By advertising on our site, your business is emailed to thousands of realtors weekly. Realtors can then refer their buyers/sellers to your service. AgentsAdvise.com also uses localized, strategic advertising, marketing campaigns, and social media to get your business in front of Bucks County homeowners.”
The site continued, “Our goal, for you, as a local business owner is to drive traffic to your business via phone, web, direct mail, and social media. We will use our 39 years of real estate selling experience and our 23 years of online marketing to ensure you get results.”
“Having successfully completed over 1,000 online marketing campaigns in the past 23 years, we know what we are doing. What really separates us from other companies like HomeAdvisor and Angie’s List is that we have a network of trusted real estate agents that will point people to our website.”
