Wine tasting at Villa Milagro Vineyard to benefit Holland Library

Posted

Celebrate reading and books on Constitution Day, Sunday, Sept. 17, with a fundraising tribute to the Holland Township Free Public Library from 4-6 p.m. at Villa Milagro Vineyards, Hunterdon County, N.J.

Attendees are invited to sample five varieties of wine grown and produced at the vineyard with its panoramic views overlooking the Delaware River. Light refreshments donated by ShopRite will also be served.  There will be a 50/50 raffle, as well as door prizes donated by area eateries, including Mezza Luna, Dean’s Deli, and other local businesses.

Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased online at https://villa-milagro-vineyards.square.site, in person at the winery, located at 33 County Road 627 (GPS address: Phillipsburg, N.J.) or at the Library located at 129 Spring Mills Road (GPS address: Milford, N.J.). Proceeds will help support the library and its many programs.

Established in 1964, Holland Free Public Library is run by the Holland Free Public Library Association. It offers multiple free programs throughout the year including its popular summertime reading program, online and live lectures and programs as well as book, tape and movie loans. These free services to its community are made possible by support from the Hunterdon County library system, Holland Township, grants, and most importantly by donations and fundraisers by the public.
