William A. Mangan

Stockton, N.J.: William A. Mangan, 73, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.

Born and raised in Lambertville, N.J., Bill had lived in Stockton for 40 years. He attended St. John’s R.C. Church in Lambertville, retired from the New Jersey National Guard as a chief warrant officer and retired from the New Jersey Department of Transportation as a manager and engineer. Bill was also a Master Scuba Diver and enjoyed diving in the Florida Keys.

Son of the late James and Ruth Haw Mangan, he is survived by Debra Mangan, his twin daughters Kristen Brevet and her husband Scott, Kelly Mangan Anderson, one brother Richard “Duffy” Mangan and his wife Linda, one sister Ruth I’Anson, his three grandchildren, Brayden, Connor, Isabella Brevet and one niece Michele Mangan Cevasco.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America, 740 N. Easton Road, Doylestown, PA 18901 or the Wounded Warrior Foundation, 370 7th Ave. Suite 1802, NY, NY 10001.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Garefino Funeral Home in Lambertville, N.J.
