A letter to the Herald about the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority’s sale of the sewer system in the July 28 issue incorrectly stated that the decision would be made by the Bucks County Board of Commissioners and, in the event that system was acquired by Aqua Pennsylvania, property owners could appeal to the Board of Commissioners to address problems. The commissioners do not make the final decision.
