Wendy Koefoed, of Tinicum Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at her residence. She was 59.
Wendy was the loving wife of Carl P. Koefoed. The couple spent 30 wonderful years together.
Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Betty Ballard.
Wendy was a talented artist. She loved playing the guitar and caring for animals. She enjoyed traveling to exotic places and collecting arts and crafts with her husband.
In addition to her husband, Carl, Wendy will be deeply missed by her daughter, Alison Koefoed; her sister, Justine Sanchez; her aunt, Deirdre Ballard and many extended family and friends.
Services for Wendy will be private at the convenience of the family.
