The Washington Crossing Chapter, Pennsylvania Society, Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) will host an Application Workshop from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at the Washington Crossing Historic Park Visitor Center, 1112 River Road, Washington Crossing, Pa.
Do you know you have a patriot ancestor or do you think you have a patriot ancestor? Join the chapter for a 30-minute presentation, a question and answer session and an opportunity to visit the Revolutionary War Museum at the Visitor Center. Arrive at 1 p.m. and stay as long as you wish.
Chapter Genealogist/Registrar Ed Elgart will discuss the SAR membership application process, provide contact and resource information, present the application fee structure and address your questions.
Those currently engaged in the application process are encouraged to attend, as are members.
