Warminster Symphony Orchestra opens season with pianist Clipper Erickson

The Warminster Symphony Orchestra opens its 57th season Oct. 28 in the auditorium of William Tennent High School in Warminster with a program titled “From Liszt to Gershwin.”

The concert will feature pianist — and Bucks County resident — Clipper Erickson. He will be performing Franz Liszt’s Piano Concerto No. 2, and George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. The program is designed to explore the artists’ similarities and differences.

Also on the program is Gershwin’s An American in Paris and Liszt’s Les Preludes.
