State Sen. Maria Collett (D-12) will host a free Veterans’ Lunch & Resource Fair from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at the Montgomery Township Community and Recreation Center, 1030 Horsham Road, Montgomeryville.
The event will feature a lunch-and-learn presentation from the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds’ office and keynote remarks from Iraq War veteran and former State Rep., Staff Sgt. Tom Murt, along with remarks from Collett.
There will also be a resource fair with more than a dozen veteran-focused organizations and agencies.
