A vehicle crashed into the front of the CVS on Cherry Street in Lambertville, N.J., at approximately 1:11 p.m. Saturday, and continued driving through the store and down an aisle.
Photographs posted on the Lambertville Fire District #1 Facebook page, show damage to the front doors and to displays of candy and other merchandise.
City police said no one was injured and the driver, Richard W Burkholder Jr., was transported to the hospital for evaluation. Police said, “it was determined that the act was not intentional.” Sergeant Anthony Memolo is investigating, pending multiple charges, they said.
