The NJ Business Immigration Coalition honored the winners of the ninth annual New Jersey Immigrant Entrepreneurs awards at the HOLA Expo and Conference of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce on Sept. 21.
Distinguished 2022 Immigrant Entrepreneur award winners included Elisa Neira, deputy commissioner, New Jersey Department of Human Services, Trenton, who received the David Sarnoff Award for Advocacy and Community Engagement.
