Timothy Michael Coffey, retired partner of Price Waterhouse & Company passed away at his residence on Saturday, Dec. 24, 2022. He was 80.

“A limb has fallen from our family tree, that says grieve not for me, remember the best of times, the laughter, the song, the good life I lived while I was strong.”

Born in 1942 in Wichita Falls, Texas, and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, he attended the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, receiving a BA degree in pure mathematics and a master’s degree in professional accounting (MPA). He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant as well as Certified Management Consultant practicing his profession as a Management Consultant. He was a previous national vice president of the Institute of Management Consultants, the body that certifies management consultants.

Prior to his retirement in 1997, Mr. Coffey was a member of the Price Waterhouse & Company Policy Board. He was stationed in a number of Price Waterhouse offices including Fort Worth, Texas; Washington, D.C.; St. Louis, Mo.; Berlin, Germany; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; and New York, N.Y.

He was a member of Lookaway Golf Club in Buckingham, Pa., and an avid golfer. He and his wife were also active with Phillips’ Mill Community Association, Bowmen’s Hill Wildflower Preserve, the Michener Museum, the Riverside Symphonia, Winterthur and Trinity Church in Solebury.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Millena; a sister, Nancy Simmons of Austin, Texas; four children and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in the near future.
