Posted

Three Philadelphia teenagers were adjudicated delinquent last week for their roles in a May 30 burglary of a Middletown Township gun store.

Elante Outterbridge, Cavier Richardson and Quadir Spady, all 16, were adjudicated delinquent and placed in a secure facility in Bucks County for several offenses, including burglary, criminal conspiracy, and possession of a firearm without a license, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said.

The burglary happened early May 30 at the LugerMan gun store at 1872 E. Old Lincoln Hwy. Township police were dispatched to the gun store at 3 a.m. on a report of a burglary.

As officers arrived, they saw a vehicle pulling out of the gun store parking lot and attempted to stop it. A brief pursuit ended with the vehicle crashing in Trenton, N.J., and the occupants fleeing on foot, the DAs office said.

More than 20 stolen handguns and rifles were recovered from the vehicle, which had also been reported stolen. The three juveniles were taken into custody in Trenton a short time later.

The case was investigated by Middletown Township Police Department, Falls Township Police Department, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Trenton Police Department.
