“The Nutcracker” opens at Town and Country

In collaboration with Dance Arts Collaborative, Town & Country Players once again brings “The Nutcracker,” the timeless classic, to the T&C stage, with shows Dec. 2 through 10.

Set to Tchaikovsky’s score, the ballet will transport audiences as Clara and her Prince battle the evil Mouse King and travel to the Land of the Sweets where the Sugar Plum Fairy reigns.

Director Nancy Ridgeway said, “Town & Country Players” couldn’t be happier to be working with (choreographer) Reina Faith and her students for the fourth time.”

Performances will take place at Town and Country Players, 4158 York Road, Buckingham, at 7 p.m. Dec. 2, 3, 9 and 10 and 2 p.m. Dec. 3, 4 and 10.
