The Gardens at Mill Fleurs in Point Pleasant opens for tours

Posted

The Gardens at Mill Fleurs in Point Pleasant are full of bloom, and ready to be shared.

This week, two different tours will be offered – each for a maximum of 10 visitors.

On Friday, May 22, a total of 10 visitors will be welcomed for the South Tour, which has been the focus of Mill Fleurs’ tours for the past several years.

On Saturday, May 23, a total of 10 people will be given a tour through the North Challenge Gardens — so called because this terrain is so challenging. Spring ephemerals in this part of the garden have never been seen by the public.

All scheduled tours start at 10:30 a.m., and check-in is at the nursery, 1 Cafferty Drive, Point Pleasant. Masks are required, and social distancing will insure visitors’ safety. Reservations and prepayment are required at 215 297-1000. Additional tour information is available online at millfleurs.garden.

The Tiffany Perennials nursery is open for phone orders and curb-side pickup, and gloves are provided for anyone who wants to come and make their own selections. Everyone who visits the nursery is expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing.
