Tinicum Civic Association hosts its Spring Social from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 24, at Ottsville Fire Co. Social Hall, 249 Durham Road, Ottsville.
Also on tap is the plan for TCA’s 73 Tinicum Arts Festival, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 13 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 14, at Tinicum Park, 963 River Road (Route 32) in Erwinna.
The annual event is organized and staffed by volunteers for the benefit of over 30 nonprofit organizations serving the residents of Tinicum and neighboring communities.
It includes artists, crafters, live musical entertainment, a silent auction, book signings, children’s activities, food, discovery tent demonstrations and shows, a book wagon and a white elephant sale.
