Chandler Hall has partnered with Suburban Geriatrics to open a satellite office.
Office hours are 1 to 3 p.m. (initially) in the wellness center located in the main building at Chandler Hall, 99 Barclay St., Newtown.
Suburban Geriatrics will be enrolling new patients who are 55+. Dr. Andrew Graf, Suburban Geriatrics, is the medical director for Chandler Hall. Tiffany Ciocca, nurse practitioner, is looking forward to providing quality care for residents, families and local seniors in Lower Bucks County.
