Steven J. Petrison of Carversville, Pa., passed away at his residence on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the age of 67.
Born in Upper Darby Township, Pa., to the late Steven and Florence (Barna) Petrison, Steven resided in Glenmoore, Pa., before moving to Carversville, Pa., in 1992.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Dayton. After college Steven was first employed by ACRO and later served as the manager of business development and toll roads for Sunoco focusing his work on the New Jersey Turnpike before retirement.
Steven enjoyed spending time outdoors, his free time was focused on hunting for upland game, fishing in the Chesapeake Bay, skiing, and golf. He was also an avid runner and spent many hours outside with his dogs.
He was the beloved husband of 43 years to Nancy (Sammak) Petrison; devoted father of John G. Petrison, Steven D. Petrison and wife Kathryn; loving grandfather of Wyatt and Julia Petrison; dear brother of Michael Petrison and his late sister Diane Tengblad.
Cremation services were private under the direction of the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 N. Main St., Doylestown, PA 18901.
