Savory Spice, a spice and herb company in Lahaska, will host a drop-in back-to-school event Aug. 12 and 13 at its Peddler’s Village location during the store’s hours of operation.
The event will feature their Sweet Jerk Sloppy Joes Spice ‘n Easy Mix, a family-friendly dish that comes together in only 10 minutes. Guests will have the opportunity to sample this tropical twist on an American classic as well as some of the company’s Spice ‘n Easy Dip Mixes. Guests who purchase three Spice ‘n Easy Mixes will receive a free one.
In addition, Savory Spice is coming out with two new popcorn seasoning flavors, Cookies & Cream and Jalapeno Ranch, both launching in August. Guests will be able to sample both flavors.
