A few years ago, I started a petition to rename SEPTA’s West Trenton Line “The Ewing Line.” The reason being is that it runs to Ewing Township, New Jersey.
Every resident of Ewing Township wants it renamed, including the mayor, because it is often confused with the Trenton Line.
The Trenton Line parallels the West Trenton Line, but is a former Pennsylvania Railroad line as opposed to a former Reading Company line among other differences.
