Arrested: Jennifer L. Sellers, 37, of Hatfield, on an active warrant Saturday July 17. Sellers was arraigned in front of District Judge Frank W. Peranteau Sr. and remanded to Bucks County Corrections in lieu of 10% three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) cash bail.
The warrant was issued July 9, after police filed charges of possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia against Sellers. She had been picked up on a warrant out of Montgomery County, June 20, and while in custody, police found a clear baggie containing methamphetamine in her possession.
Arrest warrant issued: for Michael John Morongell, 46, of Doylestown, July 19, for violation of a Protection From Abuse order. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Morongell is asked to submit a tip via CrimeWatch or contact the police at 215-345-4143.

Perkasie

Charged: Jeffrey R. Ford, at 10 a.m. July 18, with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, after police received a call for a suspicious person who was found in tow truck that did not belong to him on Fairview Avenue in Perkasie. Ford was arraigned by District Judge Frank W. Peranteau Sr. and transported to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.
Charged: Miguel Huertas, with terroristic threats, possessing instruments of crime and harassment, following a domestic incident on July 14. Police issued a warrant for his arrest and took Huertas into custody on July 17; he was arraigned by District Judge Frank W. Peranteau and transported to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Charged: Brandon R. Rodgers with driving under the influence, police reported July 21, following a traffic stop for speeding on North Main Street in Sellersville Borough at 11:15 p.m. June 5.
Arrested: Joseph M. Mastromatto, on charges of resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a foot chase on July 16.
On July 16, Hilltown Township Police were advised of a wanted person in their jurisdiction. While Hilltown units were enroute, it was reported that the person, Joseph Mastromatto, was on foot and possibly heading toward the Perkasie/Sellersville area. Perkasie Borough Police observed a person walking on Bethlehem Pike near the Sellersville boarder.
As Perkasie Police were preparing to stop to speak with the person, later positively identified as Joseph Mastromatto, he fled southbound through the backyards of several residences along Main Street. A Hilltown officer pursued him on foot and Mastromatto eventually stopped on his own and surrendered.
Mastromatto was taken into custody by Hilltown Police without further incident. He was found in possession of drug paraphernalia , police said, and charged by Perkasie Police with resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. PA State Parole confirmed the warrant and issued a detainer. Mastromatto was transported to Bucks County Prison and released to prison staff.

Quakertown

Charged: Shane Alexander, 34, of Locust Terrace, Quakertown, on a weapons charge, after police were dispatched to the Giant Food Store, located at 1465 W. Broad St., at 10:39 a.m. July 7, for the report of a disorderly person. Alexander was charged with possession of a spring operated switchblade and disorderly conduct.
Charged: Christal Ruth, 38, of Elm Street, Sellersville, with flight to avoid apprehension and possession, after police stopped a vehicle for suspended registration at 11:44 p.m. July 7, in the 300 block of South West End Boulevard.
Before the vehicle even stopped, a female passenger (Ruth) jumped out of the front passenger side and fled on foot. Ruth was apprehended and found to have multiple arrest warrants, gave false ID to police, and was in possession of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia.
She was arraigned by District Judge Lisa Gaier and bail was set at $150,000. Ruth was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Cited: Nicholas Adamczyk, 21, of South 3rd Street, Quakertown, for Disorderly Conduct at the Sunoco Store, 331 W. Broad St., at 1:28 p.m. July 12.
Arrested: Jason Petrucelli, 43, of West Broad Street, Quakertown, at 4:01 p.m. July 14, in the first block of South 3rd Street, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
Referred: two male juveniles to the Youth Aid Program, July 15, for “prank calling” the Veteran’s Crisis Hotline and reporting a suicidal male was planning to jump off a cliff.
Charged: Elise Velez, 21, of Lafayette Drive, Jamison, with driving under the influence of alcohol, after police were dispatched to the area of East Broad Street and Fairview Avenue at 12:47 a.m. July 17, for the report of a possible accident. Velez was found to be the driver unable to negotiate the turn.
Charged: Christopher Deifer, 30, of Trumbauersville Road, Quakertown, with driving under the influence and possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia, after police stopped him in the area of North 4th Street and West Broad Street for no rear taillights illuminated at 2:59 a.m. July 17.
Cited: a female juvenile, with harassment, for harassing another female juvenile at US Gas Mini Mart, 530 East Broad St., on July 12.
