Pipe replacement to close Bristol Road in Warrington

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that emergency pipe replacement is scheduled on Bristol Road in Warrington Township, beginning Tuesday, March 19.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction: Tuesday, March 19, through Thursday, March 21, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Bristol Road will be closed and detoured between Route 202 and Lower State Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 202 and Lower State Road.

Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
