Attorney Michael Fabius will receive the 2022 Human Relations Award from the American Jewish Committee Philadelphia/Southern NJ region for his work in fostering Muslim-Jewish ties in the community.

Fabius, a partner and co-leader of the gaming practice at Ballard Spahr, is co-chair of Circle of Friends, a group devoted to forging alliances between the Muslim and Jewish communities to work together on common causes, including anti-Muslim hate crimes and antisemitism.

The Circle of Friends is an offshoot of the Muslim-Jewish Advisory Council, which AJC co-founded in 2016.

Fabius is slated to receive the award at the AJC Philadelphia/Southern NJ annual meeting, to be held July 20 at Fairmount Water Works in Philadelphia.
