Posted

PGMC will mark its return to the stage with four performances of its “Shine!” Holiday Concert — just in time to kick-off its 40th Anniversary Season.
“Shine!” performances will take place at 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2 and Friday, Dec. 3 and 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4 at Church of the Holy Communion, 2110 Chestnut St., Philadelphia .
The “Shine!” Holiday Concert will feature a variety of music, from traditional to new, celebrating the season with all the beautiful singing, entertainment, and fun for which PGMC is known. Songs will include: “Eight Candles for Chanukah,” “Deck the Halls,” “Text Me Merry Christmas,” “Merry Everything,” “Silver Bears,” and more.

Tickets are now on sale at pgmc.org. An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter will be translating each performance.
Complimentary tickets are available for LGBTQ+ students and student groups and youth-based nonprofits for the Thursday and Saturday matinee performances only. Contact outreach@pgmc.org for information. The free student ticket program is underwritten by M&T Bank.
Tickets are limited as PGMC will only be selling 50% of capacity to allow for physical distance between audience members. Audience members will be required to show proof of vaccination (or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the performance) and to wear masks throughout the performance.
