Penn Foundation offers workshop on “Decoding the Adolescent Brain”

Penn Foundation is offering a workshop titled “Decoding the Adolescent Brain: A Guide to Understanding, Supporting and (Yes) Enjoying the Adolescent(s) in Your Life” 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 26, at Penn Foundation’s Loux Center, 807 Lawn Ave., Sellersville).

The free workshop will provide attendees with information and tools to help build a positive and supportive relationship with the adolescents in their lives. The workshop will debunk common myths about adolescence and replace them with scientific, brain-wise understandings that can be used to decode the adolescent mind.

There is no cost to attend, but visit PennFoundation.org to reserve a seat by Oct. 21.
