Partnership announces new appointments

Foundations Community Partnership (FCP) has elevated two long-serving board members to Emeritus status – Ronald T. Bernstein, who founded FCP, and Karen Lasorda, senior VP of Penn Community Bank, who served as board chair from 2018 to 2019 and joined the board in 2013.
The board also announced the appointment of Falesha R. Grasty, senior accountant and diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at Penn Community Bank as a new board member. Her initial term runs through 2024.
Returning FCP board members and their new appointments include:
• Chair, Abigail Halloran, divisional director of clinical services at Universal Health Services;
• Vice Chair, Tracy Pasternak Willis, executive director business development and outpatient services, Haven Behavioral Healthcare

• Treasurer, Sean Schmid, COO, Penn Investment Advisors, Inc.;
• Secretary, Caroline O’Connell Sinton, associate director, FCP; and
• Immediate Past Chair, Thomas Hanna, capital projects manager, Central Bucks School District.
Also serving on the board are: Morgan Q. Bryan, development coordinator, Travis Manion Foundation; Rachael Neff, human services director, County of Bucks; Patricia Stern Smallacombe, director of grants, Bucks County Community College; Judith Stern Goldstein, senior project manager, Gilmore & Associates, Inc.; Stephanie Bunin, therapist, Center for Psychology & Counseling; Terence J. McGlinchey, business banking management professional; and Tobi Bruhn, (Ex-Officio), executive director, FCP.
