Noteworthy Business Briefs for Sept. 29

Curtin & Heefner announced that Heather Hines and Michael Lonergan have joined the law firm.

Hines will be working with the Litigation Department, one of the firm’s largest departments. She worked for more than 10 years as an Assistant District Attorney in both Montgomery and Bucks counties.

Lonergan will be working in the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Financing Department. He has been a practicing attorney since 2020, and has previous experience as a litigator and has substantial experience in the real estate field as he has been a licensed Realtor since 2014.

Curtin & Heefner is continuing to grow and is always looking for competent attorneys to join its expanding firm.

HNL Lab Medicine of Allentown announced the hiring of David M. Confalone, CPA, as vice president of finance.

Confalone joins the HNL team with over 30 years of experience. He has held senior- and executive-level finance positions with mid-to-large sized for-profit and nonprofit organizations, having previously served as Chief Financial & Operating Officer at Advanced Dermatology Associates.

Confalone graduated from DeSales University with a degree in Accounting and earned a Master of Business Administration from Alvernia University.
