Formerly with Securian Financial Services for 32 years, Christopher Hackley, president and managing partner; Keith Tomer, partner and senior advisor and Roark Gover, client services director, along with six advisors and five supporting team members, bring with them $881 million in client assets.

The Foundations Financial team integrates all aspects of wealth management, including financial planning, investment advisory, and risk management services.

Privately held since 1979, the firm has headquarters in Waltham, Mass., and San Diego, Calif.

Doylestown-based Antheil Maslow & MacMinn has announced that Jocelin A. Price has joined as a partner in the firm’s Estates & Trusts practice group.

Price concentrates her practice primarily in estate planning, asset protection and wealth transfer planning, as well as probate and trust administration and estate and trust fiduciary litigation issues. In addition, she focuses on special needs trust planning, guardianship matters and prenuptial agreements.

Price works closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and their families, helping them implement their estate plans.

Doylestown-based Sagefrog Marketing Group, a top-ranked B2B marketing agency with specialties in health care, technology, industrial, and business services, has been named a 2023 Best Places to Work (BPTW) by Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ).
