Vicki Lilley, financial Advisor with Thrivent, a diversified financial services organization, recently earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation granted by the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts.

The CDFA program is designed to provide financial professionals with specific knowledge on the financial aspects of divorce. Topics covered include separate/marital property, retirement plans and pensions, spousal and child support fundamentals, related tax issues, and more. To receive the CDFA designation, candidates must successfully complete the CDFA education program and meet experience requirements. Continuing education requirements to maintain the CDFA designation must be satisfied every two years.

“As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, I’m able to support my clients while they navigate a challenging life transition that can have real implications on their financial situations,” said Lilley. “My goal is to provide guidance and equip them with the right strategies as they make important financial decisions. Ultimately, I want my clients to feel they have what they need to continue to live a life full of meaning and gratitude.”

Lilley serves clients virtually and in Perkasie, as part of the Redtail Financial Group.

Doylestown-based Eiseman Construction announced that Courtney Dickinson-Mukamuri and Aaron Pilch have been named partners in the company.

In their new leadership roles, Dickinson-Mukamuri and Pilch will oversee sourcing, estimating and human resources and will hold the titles of director of operations and administration and director of sales, respectfully.

Company owner Melissa Eiseman praised their commitment to excellence and client service.

Dickinson-Mukamuri has been employed with Eiseman since 2013. She is an active member of the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter, holds an Educated Business Partner designation, and recently was named a Chapter Shining Star by the organization. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Delaware Valley University.

Pilch has served as a project manager at Eiseman since 2019. He has extensive experience managing construction projects with roofing companies such as JP Patti Tecta America, Pfister Roofing and Pravco, Inc. He graduated from Lehigh Valley Christian High School and lives in Stroudsburg.

Keller Williams Realty Group announced that Realtor Trisha Lutteroty has earned her Luxury Agent designation.

KW Luxury communities are curated at a local level. KW Agents are able to achieve their Luxury designation by closing a minimum number of transactions in 24 months within the top 10% of transactions in the county. Lutteroty is thrilled to be able to offer her services to this new market and looks forward to expanding her qualifications.
