Sean G. Livesey has joined High Swartz’s Real Estate Practice Group. Primarily focusing his practice on real estate, civil, and commercial litigation, Livesey is a real estate attorney at High Swartz’s Montgomery County law office. His additional areas of experience include zoning and land development, municipal code enforcement, real estate sales, and leasing. Previously, he was a partner in his family practice in Conshohocken, where he advised Philadelphia area startup companies regarding property acquisitions, business structure, and real estate tax liability. Livesey also consulted with Montgomery County businesses to analyze zoning and land development proposals. Prior to his private practice work, he was an associate at a large Philadelphia law firm’s commercial group where his practice included business litigation, real estate, zoning and land use.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors congratulates the Steve Darlington Team, New Hope Office sales associates, on being recognized as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 4th quarter 2021 award winners for gross commission income (GCI) and/or residential units in the entire national BHHS network of nearly 50,000 agents and 1,450 offices in 47 states. The Steve Darlington Team, led by Steve Darlington, received a Quarterly Spotlight, ranking 18th among small sized teams in the BHHS network for Total GCI.

The campaign’s creative utilizes a modern gradient color effect to emote life’s natural transitions, as well as a “spotlight” treatment to communicate exactly who is at the center of the bank’s mission – its customers and communities. The campaign is being used across the nearly every channel – from digital and traditional media outlets to branch merchandising, and thought leadership to social responsibility initiatives and sponsorships.

Newtown Business Association’s 14th annual Business Expo takes place from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, at Rafters Venue, 101 Friends Lane, Newtown. The free event is open to the public, showcasing dozens of local NBA businesses, including restaurants. The event will feature NBA member informational tables, live demonstrations from member businesses, speakers from the local business community and raffles, prizes, giveaways and more. Newtown Business Association hosts its May Emerging Leaders Workshop from 5 to 6 p.m. May 5, at Keller Williams Newtown, 12 Terry Drive, Newtown.
