The Northampton Township Veterans Advisory Commission invites veterans to a town hall Q&A with Bucks County Director of Veterans Affairs Matthew Allen 7 p.m. March 18.
All military veterans, active duty military, family and caregivers are invited to attend the town hall, to be held at the Northampton Township Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro.
Topics to be discussed include the new veterans response team that will be starting in the county in April; burials at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery; veterans ID card; services available at the Horsham VA; and the CHAMPVA benefits program. Veterans Service Officer Betty Carleo will explain the claims process and what individuals need to know as well as benefits available to veterans and their spouses.
